CG Properties is a boutique, owner-operated rental company in Philadelphia. We build, own, and manage our buildings directly — with newly built homes near Temple University and across South Philadelphia — so the people who set the standards are the same people who answer when you call.
Every home is new construction with in-unit laundry, central air, quartz kitchens, and private outdoor space in many units — and all of them are pet-friendly.
